liver function test

Dear Doctor,
                    ive been having liver function tests for 7 years now they keep coming back abnormal been to c lots of doctors and no one gives me an answer is there any advice you can give me on what i should do next and what your opinion is on my results please,.my ALT levil is 91iu/l and ALKphos is 129iu/l and my serum gamma is 186iu/l the rest are doing ok.
i have bone pain in my hands knees and hips,also back pain memory loss,i:e took my brother to hospital the other day new the roads well then all of a sudden i didn't recognise were i was had to stop for a couple of mins till it came back to me pins and needles in my left hand (not all the time) and my restless leg syndrome is getting worse,also when i had an gastroscopy done it revelled lots  of fluid left in my stomach they advised my doctor to do a gastric emptying study to rule out gastroperesis really need some good advice as i feel awfull thankyou ,jordan.

you should definitely have a more comprehensive work-up if the liver tests have been abnormal for this long a period of time.  If you have glucose intolerance or are overweight it could cause both the liver abnormalities and the retained fluid

                                     I have had 3 scans done on my liver showing no damage and have had a previous glucose test all came back although that was a while ago,i did suffer with gestational diabetes with my last son two years ago,and my father has type 2,im a little over weight i guess my height is 5/2 and my weight is 10st 5 should i ask my doctor for another glucose test? thank you for your help, Jordan.

you may need a liver biopsy to figure out the cause of the abnormal liver tests

ok thank you,my liver tests were returning back to normal when i cut out sugars and fats and exercising in your opinion would you say that this points to fatty liver disease i do not drink or smoke,sorry to keep asking and thank you for taking the time to answere me,Jordan.

if the liver tests are better with a better diet it suggests fatty liver disease
