liver transplant in USA

hi I am really worried today since I heard my mom need a liver transplant asap.she was a patient of hepatitis c and was on treatment 2 yrs back then few days ago she start having problem goin to bathroom she got bad piles so she stop eating after two days my father took her to doctor in Pakistan that's where she is right now but she is permanent resident of USA as well. So doctor told her u got liver scyrosis and now u need transplant asap. now if she ll come here how they ll treat her when there r many ppl on waiting list idk if any of her kid can b the donor if yes in that case how long would it take and where that can b treated quickly so many questions in mind plz helpe...-"(

....a lot will depend how sick she is.  if people are too sick they may not be candidates for live donor transplantation.  i think she should be evaluated by a US center ASAP.  where does she live in the US?

she is in Pakistan right now but she is coming over and will stay in nj but taking her anywhere in USA is not a problem also she have to get insurance as well once she ll get here

i would start ASAP at working on getting her the approriate US health insurance.  UMDNJ has a good program but i am not sure if they perform live donor liver transplantation.
