I have read several articles that tell you about acetominophen products and liver toxicity.  What pain medications, narcotic and nonnarcotic are the safest for people that have had liver tranplants, (10yrs ago) but have pain related to something such as spinal surgery.  What about medications such as lyrica, or neurontin?

acetaminophen is definitely OK up to 2 gms a day.  Any type of analgesic medication is OK except for non steroidals such as motrin, aleve, etc.
