A few months ago I overdosed on tylenol as a sucide attempt. I waited 18+ hours to get help. I recovered and am having counseling. I wasn't told what i should do to ensure i dont have any more liver issues? should i watch what i eat? should i get regulaer bllod test?

after a tylenol overdose the liver should return completely to normal. try to live a normal life--your liver will be OK.
