removal of galblader

my son mr. jiten sahu aged 2 yrs has been removed the galblader through sergery dated 15th may 2009.
after sergery we found his urine yellow and his eyes also yellow. we meet other pediatric doctor and he suggest that the chamical produce from his lever is linking in blood instead of its right place ( pachanras).so pl. give us suggestion, how to change his urine and eye too.

jaunidice may mean that there is a complication from the gallbladder surgery or that he had some intrinisic liver disease that may have decompensated after the surgery.  he should definitely have further testing performed.
