transjugular biopsy

during recent transjugular biopsy, i was informed my right jugular was occluded. must be from past procedures. how serious is this and how will it affect my liver transplant?

it shouldn't be a problem assuming there are other open sites for an IV if necessary. this happens quite frequently actually.
