vicodin

Last year i had liver failure due to tegertol and in December all was well with my liver and now after two surgeries to remover cysts on my ovaries and uterus i was on vicodin for four months.  Now my liver enzyxes  and liver inflammation is getting worse by the week.  I have refused any pain medication and take 200mg of trazadone and 10 mg of lexapro at night what am i doing wrong or what happened?  Could it be stress that caused this?

stress is not the cause.  vicodin, especially in large doses, can cause it.  maybe it is something affecting the liver totally unrelated to you raise, such as autoimmune hepatitis.  are you seeing a GI or liver specialist?  you may need a liver biopsy.
