what is the best tx for cholangio

My mom was just diagnosed with andenocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma. It took them 3 months to finally diagnose her. She is currently treated at Cleveland Clinic. I wanted to get your opinion on the most effective treatment available.  Surgery is not an option, we're told due to tumor in caudate lobe and hx of left lobectomy 10 years ago.
My mom is asymptomatic, eating well, maintaining her weight.  Would Y 90 microspheres be a option given the location of tumor?    Thank You.

tumors in the caudate are more difficult to treat since they get blood supply from both lobes of the liver.  External bean radiation may be an option actually.  I am not sure that microspheres would be effective frankly.  Another option might potentially be brachytherapy with cholangioscopic placed beads
