what is the latest standard for treatment of recurrence of HCV

I am about 19 months post LDLT, I have had am ongoing orphan duct issue which seems to have resolved on it's own ., but now have recurrent HCV level 3 stage 2., per biopsy., I have read of trials adding a third drug to standard peg/riba treatment.  however there seems to be some incidence of graft damage, so which is best alternative??

there are no third drugs right now to battle HCV recurrence.  in a year from now hopefully one of the protease inhibitors will be available to add to the regimen.  there are no studies right now about this.  Your docs need to make sure that you do not have an ongoing bile duct issue making your fibrosis worse.
