Is minimal bibasilar atelectasis curable?

I was diagnosed is minimal bibasilar atelectasis....I was told it could have been that I didnt take my deep breath during x-ray...I read its curable...but I'mhaving aniexty attacks...I also have hypothyroid... please shed some light.... I need to know...my appointment is not for another month,and it seating me inside..

Could Bibasilar Atelectasis be in some ways related to 9/11/2001 due to in haling all that debris from the towers that fell down?
