1 year after pneumothorax

1 year after pneumothorax

I have this really akward feeling in my chest. My story, I boxed and smoked at the same time, had a collapsed lung after a fight, didnt think anything of it, took a couple of bong hits, that hurt, went straight to the hospital and had the emergency surgery. The idiot doctor told me I could smoke in a couple of days if I really wanted to. So I did, I got depressed and smoked everyday. Started developing pains. Right now havent smoked in 3 months.

This is some strange feeling like when i exercise I can feel my left lung is heavy; uncomfortable; irritable
As I am typing it feels too big. I just defeated an anxiety attack which was causing bad tension to it, like it was going to explode. But I still feel pain and discomfort as if it is twice as big as my right(good) lung. The most irritating thing about this is I can feel it pressing against my back and left chest but the doctors seem to think that is impossible.

What could this be and what can be done about it, I really want to get back to being athlethic and living a normal life. Thank you.
