Abnormal X Ray

Hello All,

On April 9th 2010 I had an XRay done on my Chest because I was sick. Turns out at the time the doctor told me that I have Pneumonia and sent me home with antibiotics. I got a phone call from the care station saying that the Radiologist took a look at the xrays and said this:

***************************************************************************

PA and Lateral views of the chest were obtained. There is a significant focal eventration involving the posterior leaf of the left hemidiaphragm.

The heart is normal in size.

There are no acute infiltrates, pleural effusions, or pneumothorax.

There is a significant fullness in both hilar regions, right greater than left, suggestive for prominent underlying pulmonary arteries; although the possibility of adenopathy cannot be entirely excluded. The trachea is midline.

***************************************************************************

I have copies of my Xrays if anyone would like to see. Can someone tell me what this means? I have a scheduled CT Scan this Friday but hate wondering what this is?

Thanks,

Frank...
