CT Scan confusing

Also forgot to ask: does anyone know what the correlation between minimum dependent atelectasis in both lower lungs ad nodules in both lower lungs could mean?

Hi there!

Atelectasis means regions of collapsed lungs. This could occur due to pressure effect or due to mass effect on the bronchiole supplying the lung region.
