CT term re/lung

I am a uterine cancer patient, undergoing chemo. I recently had a CT scan and one line of the report says "subpleural area of nodularity right upper lung." Does this mean there is a spot on my lung, and it's possibly more cancer?
Thanks for any answer. I don't see my oncologist for another week, and would like any info at this time.
