Can someone help interpret Pet scan results please.

Please help interpret the following impression on pet with concurrrent ct for attenuation correction and anatomical localization skull base to mid thigh.  Previously had 2 malignant tumors on lung.  One was removed via Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery & the other was treated with Cycberknife radiation.  Was told cancer was gone.  Pet scan now shows the following and I am not a candidate for surgery.
Impression:
1.  There is a hypermetabolic lesion within the right upper lobe measuring 2.9 X 2.1 cm with a maximal SUB of 2.2.  This finding is suspicious for malignancy.  At the lower right chest wall laterally, there is a focus of increased metabolic activity with an SUV of 2.5.  Increased soft tissue is identified in this region which is contiguous with 2 spiculated subpleural densities.  These findings are also suspicious for malignancy.
2.  A focus of mild increased metabolic activity is seen within the left atrium where there is an area of hyperdensity.  This is of indeterminate clinical significance.  Correlation with echocardiography is recommended.
3.  Additional parenchymal noldules are noted within the lungs without a significant increase in metabolic activity.  A follow-up Ct of the chest is recommended in three to six months.
4.  There is an increase in activity within the musculature of the medial thighs bilaterally, which is likely physiologic or due to myositis.
5.  A stable 0.5 cm lesion is seen within the anterior liver without a significant increase in metabolic activity. This is too small to characterize further.
6.  Addition ct findings descrubed,
Thank-you for your time and concern.  God Bless.
