Cancer & nutrition

Does anyone have any information or an idea of where to look concerning nutrition and lung cancer?  What about other things to do when you have lung cancer/to prevent lung cancer outside of the normal medical advice?  In brief: lobe removed last April, stage 1b non-small cell lung cancer, 16 weeks of chemo though not necessarily normally prescribed, I wanted to make sure I defeated this monster.  October CT clear, April CT shows 4 mm nodule.  Never smoked, healthy foods, etc.  Advice was to wait for 3-month CT, got it moved up to 6-weeks, but can't just sit and wait.  Through own research, I'm eliminating inorganic phosphates, which are believed to have a direct link to lung cancer growth, and other things.  Any advice of stuff to try?  (Not interested in far-out stuff like curing myself with coffee enemas, etc.)  Thanks in advance.
