Could this be lung cancer?

About 3 weeks ago I had flu symptoms without the cold symptoms. Body aches, mild fever, weekness, fatigue, sore throat, and on the first day I had it, it felt like there was a tight band around my neck. The Dr. checked me for strep and the flu, but both came back negative. He said he would treat me for strep and gave me antibiotics. Well I started taking the antibiotics and I started to feel better but it gave me digestive problems, upper abdominal/chest pain and pressure feeling, and heart palpitations and cold sweats. I went in for that had a bunch of heart tests done and never went back for the follow up but I never got a call so I'm assuming they would of told me if something was wrong. I'm still having the upper abdominal pain/pressure, fullness feeling after I eat a couple bites, and loss of appetite. Well after the strep? about a week later I went home for Christmas and my father in law had bronchitis. I must have contracted it because it started out with a sore throat then a really thick mucus draining in the back of my throat. My throat was itchy and my ears ached and itched inside aswell. as it progressed I couldn't breath hardly it felt as if someone was choking me slightly and I had to work harder to breath and i would cough up clear mucus. The only thing that helped was hot tea and taking hot baths. Then it moved to my sinuses and I felt sinus pressure and still having the drainage into the back of my throat, but my nose wasn't stuffy...I didn't get it. I didn't even notice it was my sinuses at first. I did have a runny nose at times though. Well now for the past 3 days I have been coughing up a thick clear mucus with blood in it, but only in the mornings when I wake up. Then it goes away and is clear the rest of the day. I have been having chest wall pain throughout the day that comes and goes. Also one of my tonsils is swollen with crater like crevices on it. It was a little sore today, but that has gone away now. The bronchitis? has seemed to have cleared up and i'm feeling a lot better today aside from the bloody mucus and chest wall pain. I don't have insurance right now and I was wondering if this is something I should get checked out. Could it be lung cancer? I always read that coughing up blood was a red flag that something serious could be wrong.
