Does Lung Cancer hurt?

Does lung cancer have symptoms of pain? I have read a lot of articles and they don't mention pain at all. I have a pain/ache just under my bra strap on my left side that comes and goes. but it also sometimes radiates to my upper left abdomen area. I feel the side pain/ache when I stretch certain ways and 95% of the time it's not a constant pain/ache. It also sometimes 'hurts' when I push on it lightly w/ my fingers which seems odd since your lungs are under your ribcage. maybe I'm just being paranoid?? thanks
