Ground glass opacities

Hi,

Just got the CT scan result back.  A 7mmx4mm ground glass opacity is identified in the anterior segment of the left upper lobe.  Everything else looks normal.  Conclusion is that it is of uncertain clinical significance and another CT scan is recommended in 6 months time is recommended to reassess the findings.  I'm really worried.  Does that sound symptoms of cancer?  The finding is on the left lung which I didn't have any problem (the right side is where I felt the pain but it went away now).  Is there anything I can do right now as 6 months time may cause a lot to change if it is cancerous?  Any advice is very much appreciated.
