Help asbestos exposure

I was recently exposed to airborne asbestos when I watched a contractor improperly remove asbestos insulation from a 40 ft pipe.  I was not wearing any kind of protection whatsoever.  
He took it off dryly making the asbestos airborne.  There was a lot of dust and it came from asbestos insulation called aircell which was made up of a greyish looking cardboard material all of which contained asbestos.   I was down there for 1hr a day for 2 weeks total of 14 hrs.  It has been cleaned up by professionals since then for a lot of money.  Am I going to get a asbestos disease from this amount of exposure.  I have been very worried about this.  Please get back to me.
