I am very worried and scared.

My grandson was just seen in an ER with breathing difficulty. A chest xray was done trying to diagnos asthma. a later evalutation of the xray revealed a spot on his lung. My daughter said the doctor mentioned TB but he had a negative result on his TB test. They also mentioned lung cancer. What could this spot on his lung mean ?

Hi lynnie hope things are well and I know it sounds scary but believe me I have had issues with my lungs for 30 yrs and spots sometimes dont mean the worst. They keep telling me they see stuff on my xrays and just from talking to em I found out old scar tissues in my lungs from NUMEROUS bouts of pneumonia put em there. Im 59 and dealing with my 3tf pnemonia (pneumonia) since Spet. Im mark you donw and follwo up on you GOOD LUCK and worrying doesnt help
