I don't know if it's silly, but I'm scared

I had some shortness of breath and pain in my right chest last week.  I was given some prescription strength antibiotic in the belief that I had bacterial-based pleurisy.  After three doses, I felt completely better (so I'm guessing that diagnosis was right!).  I had also had a chest x-ray done.

A day after I got the prescription, I was told to come back to the Dr.  The Dr. said gave me the radiology report...it said (in relevant part)...

" There is blunting of the right costophrenic angle anteriorly likely due to nonspecific pleural thickening as no pleural effusion is noted on the lateral projection. There also is adjacent ill-defined density at the right lung baseanterolaterally measuring up to 2.0 cm which may simply correspond to some focal scarring but does remain indeterminate by plain film, especially given a lack of comparison studies."

I'm supposed to have a chest CT with contrast this week, but I can't stop thinking about this.  I'm scared.

I've read some things about SPN's but I don't even know if this characterization corresponds with that.  I'm a 31-year old male, I've never smoked, but I also have never had many infections or illnesses that I know of that could leave such a thing.  I just don't know how likely it is that this is really serious, and in that case how likely it is to be curable.

I appreciate any thoughts
