Is this Lung cancer

My dad stopped smoking after 45 years of 3 pack cigarettes a day. he's 68.
He stopped 6 months ago. First he started coughing sporadically then, later cough got worser.

3 weeks ago he had a black out or dizziness, when walking to a shop (15 meters from our house)

after a visit to doctor they recommended x-ray

I had a hard time with X-ray, my scanner had problems with it, so I put white paper behind it and scanned it in parts, cut it and get it together again (hopefully I didn't lost some parts)

With coughing, he cough out a lot of slimmy liquid.

He should go to a hospital in the next few days, but I'm worried.
If someone who knows/worked with CT and X-ray could tell me an opinion,
I would be very, very grateful.
