Lung Base Granuloma

Why does there is a granuloma in my right lung? and then.. i always feel the pain on that area.. sometimes painful.. but sometimes i feel nothing but most often there is.

When i had a chest x-ray, they told me that there is suspicious right lung base granuloma in my chest x-ray. but in my mind it is true because i feel it has. the second time they'd checked me in oblique angle, its gone.

how come i am safe or free of tuberculosis if there is a granuloma in my lung? with a persistent pain.
