Lung Cancer Metastasis

I had a lung primary removed by lobectomy -right lung - on 2/14/08.  Adenocarcinoma
It went metastatic to my right adrenal gland - removed by laparoscopic surgery on 09/09/08.
Also adenocarcinoma.   A recent cat scan with contrast dated 11/12/08 "An adjacent area of
lobulated hypoattenuation is identified within the posterior segment of the right hepatic lobe."
The finding is suspicious for metastatic spread"   "There is also a nodule in the left adrenal gland
suspicious for metastatic spread"    In the same document it says:  "The liver, spleen, pancreas
and right kidney are unremarkable"    The left kidney has two cysts.   Is this liver cancer?
What does adjacent area of lobulated hypoattenuation of the posterior segment of the right
hepatic lobe mean in medical terms???
