Lung Spots

2 days ago I was told that I probably have mestastisized (sp) cells in my lungs  that come from a primary cancer source.  This diagnosis comes about as a result of a CT scan of my chest.  I am scheduled for a lung biopsy tomorrow. I have NO symptoms.  No other scans, head and abdomen, showed any abnormalities.  How can a CT scan result show such definitive answers (90% probablility according to my Dr.)??  First I was scared to death and now I'm really ticked off!  Any thoughts?
