My only sister had a CT scan of the chest with iv contrast. Findings are there is infiltrate-like density opacifying a large portion of the right upper lobe. Also in the left upper lobe is a solid nodule which is noncalcified measuring 15 mm. Severe emphysematous disease in both lungs. In the right lung base, there is a multiseptated mass. She also has a single enlarge lymph measuring 19 mm in the Right hilar adenopathy. small nodes are also indicated in her pretracheal area and AP window. Multiseptated cystic mass adjacent to the right heart just above her diaphragm.. Can anyone suggest what treatment she may be facing.. age is 53, 105 lbs, active in her job of heavy lifting.. Thank you for anyone replying..
