Hi,
It would premature to make robust estimates. All we have to work with is her age, in which the odds of malignancy would be higher than if she was only 35 years old. We also do not know if the finding is new, unless she has a prior X-ray in the past.
Do you have a specific description? In general those that are spiculated (compared with those that are regular shaped with smooth edges) are more likely malignant, those that are intensely white are more likely benign.
The CT scan is a good next step, in which an estimate of malignancy would be better and a recommendation on what to do next would likewise be better. Listen well to the options and plans, there are some people who start to get distracted by the possibility of malignancy that the decisions they make may be unreasonable.
