NOT lung Cancer, but what?

NOT lung Cancer, but what?

Had sudden, severe right lung pain. I'm not very active due to previous back injuries, so I knew it wasn't from a fall/etc.
Went to the ER Tuesday, 10/19/10, they did an EKG, chest x-ray, bloodwork, said I was fine, sent me home.'
I was right back there Wednesday the 20th, where THIS time, they did a chest CT w/contrast & found 2 masses, a 3cm & a 6cm.
I was told I may have lung cancer, which was strange becaue I'm a lifelong non-smoker. I was admitted, had a CT needle-guided biospsy the next day.
I was SUPPOSED to have a colonoscopy on Saturday, but due to too many horrible situations, I checked out AMA.
The pain persisted, I've had continuous fevers of 103 & under, & now a non-productive cough.
Went to another hospital where they obtained my biopsy results & this is what they say....(I'm looking or someone to translate)
"Negative for Neoplasm.
Negative for Granuloma.
Negative for Malignancy.
Some alveolar macrophages, acute on chronic inflammatory cells, and some benign ciliated epithelial cells present.
Acute alveolar injury.
Alveolar septae are edamatous, show presence of some acute and mild chronic inflammation.
Some of the alveoli filled with hemmorhagic exudate.
In focal area, the alveoli are filled with edamatous and exudative material without any airspace."
On top of the fevers, etc...I have a hard time breathing when I exert myself the tiniest bit, end up wheezing after drinking a glass of water, for example.
Trying to stay hydrated & keep the fever down...went BACK to the hospital twice, they wouldn't keep me.
I'm asking questions on here because I have no insurance, no income & no money.....
Thank you for anything you can tell me.

It means that u have no cancer, no benign condition, no tuberculosis, no sarcadosis, no histoplasmosis.
What they say is that it is acute or sudden injury to alveoli which has lead to hemorrage into your alveoli hampering the air exchange. There arre signs of inflammation.
In my knowledge acute lung injury can be due to a no. of factors as sepsis, mycoplasma and viral pneumonia, gastric contents aspiration, head injury, any irritant chemical that can injureur alveoli, uremia, medications as NSAIDs and cocaine, methadone.
U must see a doctor quickly due to ur severe dyspnea and must find out the cause and get app. treatment.
Best of luck.
