Need help with dx

I need some help in a big way. I am going crazy and the internet is not helping. Here's my story....For the [ast year and a half I have been back and forth to the doctors, to the ER, you name it and I've probably been there. First I went to the ER in Jan 07 for SOB. After checking my heart and other things they couldn't find anything. My PCP dx'd my with anxiety attacks and mild hypertension.
Started having chest pains on and off, had a ultra sound of my heart and stress ekg. All was fine. Then is Jan 08 they came back. So off the ER I went and again I was sent home without issue. So then I started reading around on the internet and came across LC. Given my PAST history of smoking that struck a nerve. So I begged my PCP to send me for a CT Scan. In Feb 08 I had it done. We'll I had a spiral CT and the report said Lung and Pluera were clear.
So now lets fast forward to May 08. After changing a tire I felt like I pulled something in my right shoulder. Past lasted for a couple of days and went away. Then about two weeks later I started having weird pains in the same shoulder. Then it would stop and my other should would ache for a day. then both would be fine. this lasted for about 3 weeks until my left shoulder stopped hurting all together and it was just my right. Eventually the pain became constant. This lasted a few weeks and then it would stop for a day or two. Its been on that kind of rotation ever since. The pain is very bareable. Not too bad at all. Just annoying and depressing. So in August my right eyelid seemed to keep needing to be rubbed. It felt like eye lashes were sticking together or something. So off to the internet I went and found horners syndrome. Although I do sweat, I noticed that I generally sweat from the left side first. Not sure if that is normal. Needless to say, the panic mode was in full affect. So I went to see my PCP who said it was stress and that I did not have ptosis. I was constantly looking in the mirror to see if I could see it. Sometimes when I'm driving I can see something in the rear view mirror. But I don't know if that counts because I have to look up. I'm not looking straight into it. When I'm looking straight into a mirror, nothing. Though I swear I can feel it.
So anyway, I made an appt with a neurologist. He said my symptoms were not consistant with Pancoast Syndrome. he stated that most pts have constant pain in the hand and forearm. So he sent me for a MRI of my cervicle spine to see if anything was going on there. Well he said everything was normal. There was some normal degenerative wear and tear that is consistant with someone my age(33).
So my question is, what else could possibly be wrong with me? I mean if I'm way off base with the pancoast syndrome thing, then what else is there. I appeal to the Doctors here, please help. I'm tired of playing internet doctor. I just need some straight answers.

Just to clarify a statement I made regarding my eyelid. When I said it felt like my eyelashes were sticking together, they were not actually doing that as far as I could tell. That was just the feeling.
