New 2.2 cm GGO with a 6mm nodule

Over the last year they have found several nodules in both lung. There are 6 in left lung from 4mm to1.2 cm. The right lung has 3 nodules from 4mm to 1cm. Over the last 3 1/2 month there has been a changer a 2.2 cm GGO in left lower lobe with internal nodule measuring 6mm. the report reads Primary Diagnostic code: POSSIBLE MALIGNANCY.I do have some problems getting a full breath in over the last 2 months and have told the doctor 2 different times, and no one seems to hear me. So they gave me a pack of pills witch were Azithromycin 250mg tab pkt 6. I finished the packed about a week ago and still having problems breathing fully with left lung. I'm going to have another CT in 4 weeks. How concerned should I be.
