I don't know what country you are in, what age you are or what your exact symptoms are/were or the severity of them.
Either way, most people 16-60 can tolerate swine flu and it is by no means medically clear if Tamiflu will give any real benefit to a 4-5 day bout of Swine Flu. Either way, all that Tamiflu does (in *some* people, but not all) is lessen the symptoms and make a person less infectious.
Sounds to me that, unless you are in a vulnerable age group or have underlying health problems or immune deficiency, all those antibiotics were a waste of time.
However, when it comes to the Chest XRay, they are no where near as useful as a contrast-CT Scan and it definitely sounds a good idea that you have had one, mainly because of the suggestion of possible Obstructive Lung Disease (caused by severe Bronchitis, Asthma or SMOKING). A CT Scan will show clearer signs of that and any possible emphysema.
If you are currently a smoker, then STOP NOW - it will get much worse if you don't. If you are a former smoker these signs could be a result of that but the good thing is Obstructive Lung Disease is manageable, and in former smokers it does not get worse if they stay non-smokers.
Don't worry.
Try and relax, and then have a *full* discussion of the CT Scan results with your Chest Physician (Pulmonologist) and take a partner, family member, friend along with you.
