Octreotide results

My daughter's Oscan results state there is an ill defined opacity in the left lung base , similar in morphology when compared to prior study. Recommend continued follow-up. But no one has told us what this could be. Her specialist is looking at a diagnosis of VHL or pheochromacytoma due to some of her labs.She had surgery on the same lung last year for what they thought was a 2 cm lung mnass that turned out to be a PE but the other lung nodule was apparently there, smaller at the time,so not biopsied.This "nodule" was on her CT after the surgery so not sure why I can't get any answers. She is having a CT scan in aboutr 2 weeks, of her abdomen, pelvis.
