Please Help, not sure where to turn

I need some advice about some symptoms I'm having or had over the past 2 years...In 2007, it started with what I believe was a panic attack. I had a few shortness of breath spells. Went to the ER and had complete work ups. Chest Xrays, blood work, ekg, stress ekg, etc and everthing was fine. I also asked my Primary to send me for a CT Scan which was done in Feb 08. The report of the CT seen some residual Thymus tissue, and slightly prominant Auxille Lymph nodes & the lungs and pluera are clear.Then this time last year, I started having shoulder and neck pain. By neck pain I mean, sharp pains at the base of my neck on the right side. Where the shoulder meets the neck.  When the shoulder pain first started it would alternate either side for the first month. Then it just went to the right side and has been there for the last year. The first 6 months it was constant, then it was on and off. In August 08 I started having problems with my right eye. My right upper eyelid was constantly irritated. Everytime I checked it against old photos I couldn't find evidence of a droop. But it almost felt like it. That problem went away in Feb of this year. Now it feels fine. I had a Cervicle MRI in Oct08 to try and find a cause for the neck and shoulder pain. I didn't actually see the report for that, but I did see the images and followed up with my doctor(Neurologist) and he didn''t find anything outside of the norm. The shoulder pain is still here though. It's not as intense as it once was when it first started, but the fact that its going on and off this long is very depressing. I am having a small bit of back pain on my right side as well, roughly mid back. Some where around my lowest rib.  Not sure if thats related...But I've been trying to find answers since last year...Maybe one of the kind doctors on here could offer me some advice as to what this problem could be....

I have already been to a sports medicine doc. and done the physical therepy.
Back in June 08 I started having this feeling on my right armpit area like it was swollen. I have reported it to my primary and she didn't find any swelling. I can only feel it when my arm is at my side. Almost like I'm carrying a small book under my arm. And it comes and goes or at least feels different depending on what shirt I'm wearing.
I also notice that in the past month I'm gaining weight at a very fast pace. Example: I have some jeans I wore last week that I can't even get into now. I mean its not even close...

PLEASE HELP!!!
