Hi,
How are you? A granuloma is a small area of inflammation in tissue due to injury or infection. Granulomas are asymptomatic and may be an incidental finding in an x-ray. While most granulomas do not require treatment, it is best that you discuss the result with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
