Hi,
What symptoms are present? A granuloma refers to a small area of inflammation in tissue due to injury or infection that may be an incidental finding in an x-ray. For proper evaluation, it is best that you discuss the result with your doctor. Your medical history and physical examination are important considerations. Take care always.
