Scared n Worried

I just want to know how long do I have ,if it is what I think it is , doctors found my lung shrinking and spots on them , I am 34 yrs yrs old and scared like hell.

My best friend has lung cancr stage 3 I am so scared for her I know she is saver and the lord will take care of her she just wants a little more time with her family children and grandchildren. Try to keep ur hopes up and i will say a prayer for all of u
