Silicosis

Is it possible to get Silicosis from inhaling the white stuff in a light bulb?
I used to smoke out of one and while most of the white powder was out a light film was still visible on the inside.

I haven't smoked for 3 years but i just heard about this disease and that the stuff in light bulbs is the same thing that causes it.

I smoked out of it for, say, a half year to 3/4 a year at most..

Also how much of this stuff would you have to inhale for it to be detrimental to your lung health.
