Single parent and worried

I am a single parent with a 13 year old daughter.  I am concerned about my health.  I am very worried about her because I know that she doesn't know what to think about all that has gone on this week.  How do I reassure her that I will be fine when I don't even know anything for certain yet?  She has had some really bad headaches the past 3 days.

I understand the anxiety caused by the uncertainty. I'm not sure if it is any comfort to you , but there are a lot of people who undergo the same kind of monitoring that you are doing. And it is largely due to their experiences - that the current practice has evolved. Stay positive, you are doing something, you are approaching the problem with the best interest and best odds of cure- because you are making an effort to monitor for early detection.
