Size

At what size is it no longer a nodule? I have 2 one is 6mm, which I realize is tiny, and one is 11mm, I was diagnosed with Adnodecarsinoma (Large cell), and had my left upper lobe removed, 8/2009, had 1 year scan
aug, 2010, they know about the nodules and said not to worry and still concider me cancer free, this the reason for my question???? Seem the Doc would have told me!!! at 1cm,1mm size.....!!!! I do had nosuseau every morning and have really bad right chest pain, not my heart, They say a pulled muscle from coughing. Just want answers at this point....
