Slight Thickening of Right Lung

Hello, I recently got my physical and everything turned out okay... except my Doctor told me there was a slight thickening of my right lung and wants me to come back for a CT scan. I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol... should I be worried this could be lung cancer?
