Spot on Lung, Tired, 11 year old

They found a spot on my daughter top left lung last week(little bigger then 6mm), she was having chest pain and leg pain every time she would do any type of sports and her potassium was low, we went to a heart Dr and he said her heart is good and thinks the problems or from the spot on her lung, right now it is a little bigger then a BB, she has never had pneumonia, and had not had a cold in over a year. She is 11 and is not a smoker; she is very tired all the time. This all started about 2 mo ago. Before this she was very active and full of energy. They will repeat the CT scan in a few weeks to see what the spot is doing. My questions is does anyone know that this could with these symptoms?
It takes up to 2 hr for the pain to go away, They did the EKG, ECho all was good they found the spot on a CT scan with die, She is not out of shape, she was active,
She had the leg pain/cramping for a few weeks before the chest pain, also they did a stress test and it was fine. When I say pain I mean she is laying on the ground screaming in pain.

Now she has a small rash on the bottom of her noise that is hard and ruff, she had a small fever this am and is very tired and really does not feel well. I am taken her to the Dr but I feel like I am getting the run around.

I dont know what could be wrong but it sounds like she has an infection as you said she has some fever and the spot on her lung should be checked again imo much sooner than a few weeks from now with the pain being so severe so dont allow any doc to give you the runaround let him/her know you expect answers now or very soon and dont feel you have to be nice because you dont when your childs life could be on the line.I wish you the best outcome and my prayers to.

i have the same thing.  i am 28 years old, non smoker.  i had a severe fever that lasted 1 week.  and had very bad coughs following the fever.  had a pain when i sneeze near my left chest area .so went to check it out.  got xray, and found a small spot 6cm in my left lung.  will be going for a ct scan in a couple of days.  i fear it could be lung cancer.. i am praying it is not...
