Spots on Lung X-Ray After Cold

I had 3 cold with coughs since October. I also have childhood asthma and bad allergies. Due to my cough, I had a lung X-ray yesterday, showing something just below my clavicle (?). Am waiting on results. Could this really be scarring, as the doc suggests? Thanks.

X-ray results today showed costochrondal degeneratvie disease. I am lucky.
