Sueing

I been writing for a while now about my mom. About 6 years ago my mom had lung cancer. After that she had overian cancer. Since then she has been cancer free untill now. Early part of this year she had some test done on her neck because she was having so much pain and headachs.  When the x-rays came back the doctor told her not to worrie it's  just old age. Well  the pain never went away and had more test done. Now they say she has tumors in her neck that is cancer. Also her lung cancer came back. After my dad died 1 1/2 years ago (from cancer) she went back to smoking. She has been doing radiation on her neck for this pass week. Come Monday they will do radiation also on her lungs. Then today she got a phone call from the cancer doctor and he said now she has cancer on the lower part of her head. So they will do radiation on her head. Now they will do all 4 places. She was going to start Chemo on monday but they said no can do chemo when they going do radiation so close to the brain.  So after 6 weeks of radiation she can have chemo. Just in time for Christmas. My mom said if anything happens to her to sue the first doctor. What do you guys thing? Can we sue the doctor. Sueing the doctor won't cure or make my mom well, but it might help some one else. Well just to put the facts to light so that you can decide in a more unbiased way - it is more than often than not that cancer is missed or not detected becuse of the lack of diagnostic facilities for early stage cancer. What seems to be the point in your mother's case is that the cancer was missed initially because it was in its early stages and did not show in the preliminary investigations. The doctor just needs to be informed of the condition of your mother right now and discuss with him what went wrong. Listen to his part and decide whether you still intend to go ahead with your decision.

my mother died from cancer about 3 years ago. mom kept telling the drs there was something wrong for years. they treated her like she was a hypocondrac. until on day she finally asked (on her own) for the right test..they found mom had a very advanced case of cancer..all we could do was make her comefortable and she was gone within 6 PAINFULL months Teach those Drs. a lesson . They act so mighty. THEYRE NOT..i'll be praying for you.
