Thorax Scan

I got  my Plain and contrasrt CT of thorax done. Itshows-
Enlarged heterogenously enhancing lymphnodes in precarinal region 1.3X0.8cm.
Subpleural nodule in medial basal segment of right lower lobe 1.3X0.7 cm
Small intraprenchymal cysts seen in apico-posterior segment of upper left lobe and posterior basal segment of left lower lobe.
Areas of pleural thickening with pleural tags seen in posterior basal segments of both lower lobes.
Small osteolytic lesion seen in body of D10 vertebra.
Smaller subcentimeter sized hypodense lesion seen in segment II of liver. This is  likely to be a simple cyst. Both adrenal glands appear normal.

I am an old case of Renal Cell Carcinoma - radical Nephrectomy done in 1982 followed by 5000 rads radiation. In 2003 had Pollip with interseception and post surgery histopath report said high grade leomyosarcoma. No chemotherapy or radiation was given then.

Can you please tell me what does above mean? What i am supposed to do? What is the line of treatment expected?
