Trace Pleural Fluid in Lung Bases

Hi - I had a CT of my abdomen and it showed trace pleural fluid in the lung bases and a tiny nodule in the left lower lobe too small to accurately measure. The doctors came back and said my CT was normal. So what does this mean? Please help!!
