I am dating someone that had a lung bleb and lost half a lung due to this. I have several questions. 1. What exactly is a bleb? 2. Is it something that carries into adulthood? 3. Does it accompany high blood pressure (which he also has). 4. I hear him make this throat sound every so often, like he is trying to get air....is that a result of the bleb? 5. This is the most dumb question of all, but does my second hand smoke affect this? He swears he doesn't mind the fact that I smoke, but I worry about his health. Yes, i know I should be worried about mine as well, but I will not smoke in front of him if I know if the secondhand smoke jeopardizes his health. That would also cut back on my smoking. Thanks...Jodib
