What should I do?

What should I do?

My family physician had an emergency and couldn't consult with me about my CT Scan. I'm very anxious about the interruptation of the scan. Here are the results of the scan: What would you recommend me doing?
Moderate sized right-sided pleural effusion is noted. Minor
reticular opacities noted in the right lower lobe probably
related to compressive atelectasis. 4 mm noncalcified nodule in
the left upper lobe (image 15). 3 mm nodule noted in the right
upper lobe (image 25). 5 mm nodule noted in the left upper lobe
(image 32). 4 mm noncalcified nodule the right lower lobe (image
39). 10 mm ovoid noncalcified nodule in the right lower lobe
(image 49). Minor emphysematous changes of the lungs noted.  Mild
enlarged right hilar lymph node measuring 13 mm in the short
axis. Mildly enlarged right infrahilar lymph node measuring 11 mm
in the short axis. Mildly enlarged pretracheal lymph node
measuring 14 mm in the short axis. 11 mm hypoattenuating nodule
in the left lobe of the thyroid gland.

2.7 cm rounded low density lesion in the interpolar region the
left kidney consistent with a cyst. 2.9 cm cyst noted in the
lower pole of the left kidney. 14 mm exophytic cyst noted in the
interpolar region of the right kidney. 4.6 x 3.4 cm enhancing
left adrenal mass is noted. Visualized portions of the upper
abdomen otherwise appear unremarkable.

Thanks for your help!
