Worried Daughter

My mother recently had a abdominal CT that revealed nodules bilaterally in the lungs. Susequently there was a complete CT done of the lung area that revealed a 16mm node in the aorticopulmonary window. My mothers doctor is on vacation and we have no idea what to make of these results that were given to us printed on a sheet of paper. Please help me understand if this is something that should be an urgent matter or if there is time to wait on what seens to be a very slow process. Warm Regards~Amanda
