Hi,
How are you? It is good to note that DVT was ruled out. Shortness of breath are usually caused by lung or heart issues. Certain environmental factors may also be responsible. Diagnostic tests may help determine which is responsible. With regards to lymphangioleiomyomatosis, this is a rare lung disease that usually occurs in females of childbearing age, which  suggests hormonal stimulation as a factor.  It is difficult to say at this point if this is the cause. At this point, take your medication as prescribed and wait for the result of the other tests to determine the underlying cause.  Take care and do keep us posted.
